Robert A. Lloyd
Robert A. Lloyd GameStop’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer. He was appointed to this role in May 2018.
In this role, Rob will have oversight of all U.S. business operations for the company’s Video Game and Collectibles businesses, and accounting and financial organizations.
Prior to this appointment, Rob served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, a role he held since February of 2010.
Rob has been with GameStop more than 20 years, where he has served as the company’s senior vice president and chief accounting officer, a position he held from October 2005. Rob also held the roles of vice president of Finance of GameStop and its predecessor companies from October 2000, and controller of GameStop’s predecessor companies from December 1996 to October 2000.
Before joining GameStop, Rob held various financial management positions as controller or chief financial officer, primarily in the telecommunications industry; and with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Rob serves as Chair Elect on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He has been actively involved in the charitable organization since 2012.
